Hi folks –
Today I ran a test to check how LogicGlue handles fixed asset queries in Xero, specifically book value and depreciation details for a single asset.
Here’s what I typed:
Prompt 1: “What’s the current book value of the asset named ‘Dell Laptop A’?”
LogicGlue gave me:
• Book Value: $1,998.70 AUD (as of acquisition date 2025-05-12)
• Depreciation: Diminishing Value method at 40% p.a.
• Accumulated Depreciation: $0 (since asset was purchased less than a month ago)
It nailed the logic around depreciation — recognising that no depreciation had yet applied — and pulled clear asset-level info from Xero.

Why this matters:
This kind of query is common for IT managers, finance teams, and admins who need to:
I’ll try prompting by asset type instead of name to see how LogicGlue handles bulk asset queries.
