STACKED-BAR CHECK — payroll, super & tax for the last four pay runs

Hi everyone. I’m part of the LogicGlue team and today I tested a common payroll request: “Give me a stacked bar chart of payroll, super, and tax for the last four pay runs.”

Why this matters:
• Helps payroll admins spot spikes before BAS or super lodgement.
• Gives bookkeepers a quick at-a-glance view instead of opening each pay-run summary.

How I ran the test:
  1. Connected LogicGlue to the Frogg Industries Xero org.
  2. Entered the prompt exactly as written above.
  3. Cross-checked totals in Xero → Payroll → Pay Runs → Pay Run Summary for January to April 2025.

Results:
Apr 25 — Payroll $171,790.70, Super $19,241.23, Tax $47,747
Mar 25 — Payroll $149,425.84, Super $16,797.49, Tax $41,464
Feb 25 — Payroll $230,759.84, Super $22,948.21, Tax $61,852
Jan 25 — Payroll $148,964.92, Super $16,761.88, Tax $42,656

LogicGlue’s stacked bar chart matched these figures exactly and made February’s payroll spike impossible to miss.

What worked well:
• Accurate totals — every figure matched Xero.
• Fast — roughly four seconds to query and render.
• Clear layout — stacking the three values highlights differences instantly.

Take-away:
Running this prompt is an easy health-check on your latest pay cycles. Give it a try in your own Xero org and let us know if anything looks off — your feedback keeps LogicGlue sharp.
